# Casa das Palmeiras — House and Amenities

Casa das Palmeiras is a two-level private holiday house for up to eight guests in Ponta do Ouro, about 30 metres from the beach.

## Layout

- Ground floor: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, living and dining space, equipped kitchen, storage room and a large veranda with a table for eight.
- First floor: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
- Every bedroom has air-conditioning.

## Amenities

Private pool, palm-filled garden, outside braai, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, chest freezer, Wi-Fi, veranda, first-floor terrace and secure parking for two vehicles.

## Staff

Silva is in charge, Luisa provides daily housekeeping and Hilário assists guests.

## Practical information

Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00. Checkout is by 11:00. Guests bring their own food and drinks, beach towels and charcoal for the braai. The pool is unfenced, so children and non-swimmers require supervision.
